How far outside Denver do you travel?

The metro is home base, and we travel 50+ miles out from there, covering Boulder, Aurora, Lakewood, Longmont, Castle Rock, and Golden. Travel within 30 miles of Denver is included; past that it is $3 per mile, and it appears in your quote from the start rather than showing up later. Planning something farther out, like the Springs or a mountain venue? Ask us, since we do travel for the right event.

How much space and power does the booth need?

Plan on about 10x10 ft for the 360 booth so the arm can swing clear of guests, and roughly 8x8 ft for the open air booth. Each needs one standard outlet within reach. Send us the venue and we'll sort out the specifics with their coordinator ahead of time.

Can the booth be set up outdoors?

Yes, given level ground, cover overhead, and power nearby. Colorado weather being what it is, we'll ask you to hold an indoor backup spot, since the equipment can't run through rain, snow, or heavy wind.

How far in advance should I book?

Three to six months out is comfortable. Fall wedding Saturdays and December corporate parties go first, so move early if your date sits in either. Short notice is still worth asking about, since gaps do open up.

What's included in a rental?

Delivery, setup, a custom template or 360 overlay, instant sharing at the booth, an online gallery afterward, and teardown. An on-site attendant is available as an add-on if you'd like one.

Do guests get their photos right away?

They do. Stills, GIFs, boomerangs, and 360 clips go out by text, email, or AirDrop seconds after they're taken, already carrying your names, logo, or event artwork.
