Welcome to Photo Booths by Alein. By using our website, services, booking forms, or SMS communications, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Photo Booths by Alein is based in Denver, Colorado, and provides photo booth services for weddings, parties, corporate events, private celebrations, and other occasions.
SMS Communications
By opting into SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages regarding inquiries, bookings, event details, reminders, quotes, customer support, and service updates. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency may vary, and you may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt in, you may submit your phone number through our website, contact form, booking form, direct inquiry, or text message.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP. You may receive a confirmation message. To request assistance, reply HELP or call/text (983) 200-4872.

Privacy
Personal information is used for bookings, customer support, event communication, and service updates. SMS opt-in information and phone numbers collected for SMS communication are not sold, rented, shared, or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. Photo Booth Services
Service details, pricing, availability, package inclusions, setup requirements, and event times may vary. Specific services will be described during the booking process or in the applicable service agreement.
Bookings and Payments
A booking may require a deposit, signed agreement, or full payment. An event date is not guaranteed until all required booking steps are completed. Cancellation policies, payment schedules, and other terms may be included in the service agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate event information, including the date, time, location, venue-access instructions, and special requirements. Clients must provide reasonable access for setup and breakdown. Outdoor events may require suitable coverage, level ground, power access, and protection from weather.
Use of Event Content
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Photo Booths by Alein may use event photos, booth images, and related content for its website, portfolio, social media, advertising, and promotional materials. Clients may request in writing before the event that their content not be used for marketing.
Prohibited SMS Content
Photo Booths by Alein does not send SMS messages involving gambling, short-term loans, adult content, illegal substances, hate speech, harassment, or other prohibited content.
Limitation of Liability
Photo Booths by Alein is not responsible for delays, technical problems, venue restrictions, power failures, internet issues, weather, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, Photo Booths by Alein is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to its services or SMS communications.
Changes to These Terms
Photo Booths by Alein may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website, services, or communication channels means you accept the updated terms.
